This is the perfect opportunity to explore the beautiful nature of Minakami and meet new people\, making it the ideal event for new JETs and veterans alike. \nSaturday evening is packed with fun games\, and topped off with a mouth-watering barbeque! \nOn Sunday morning\, join GAJET on an hike for all levels finished off with a relaxing soak in Takaragawa Onsen\, with opportunities to see Doai station\, the deepest train station in Japan! \nThe cost of ¥8000 is inclusive of the GAJET fee\, accomodation at the lodge and the Saturday evening bbq. There is an additional\, optional fee for breakfast and the onsen. \nSign up via this google form. \nThe deadline for signups is September 17th at 11:59pm \nThe deadline to withdraw is Friday September 22nd at 12pm

Come see old friends and meet new ones as well – although we can’t guarantee you’ll be able to recognize them in their spoopy garbs! We’ll be hosting the event from 3:30pm-7pm. Please arrive on time as we will be making reservations\, however you can leave at any time! \n⭐️It’s Halloween time\, we’re having a bash\, wear your best costume to our fun Monster Mash!⭐️ \nYes that’s right\, we will also be hosting our annual Costume Contest! Although costumes are not mandatory for this event and not everyone in costume may want to participate\, we highly urge people to dress up and impress our judges!
