Bicycle Safety Day

2007/10/15 - 23:59
Event Information:

On the 15th of every month, the city will promote following the traffic safety rules and guidelines bicycle riders regarding pedestrian safety.
In other words, there'll be police officers watching for traffic offenders. I don't know if anyone's been ticketed before but it's just something to keep in mind. In Japan, bicycles are legally considered motor vehicles.
