2009 Gunma Handbook is Online!

The 2009 Gunma Handbook is completed, and is now online in PDF format on gunmajet.net over in the resources section. For the newcomers this year, please download the handbook and have a read of a least the first several pages regarding the orientation and what-not to better familiarize yourself with what will be happening.
